Please refer to the amenities chart for specific information regarding the resort. Room Requests: Advance requests for specific units cannot be accepted. Non-Smoking Policy: Effective August 1, 2005, all VI units - including decks, lanais, and patios - are smoke-free. A $250.00 fee will be assessed for noncompliance. Thank you for your cooperation. Highchairs and port-a-cribs are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis, and rates are subject to change. Please make your request known when booking the reservation with Owner Services, at 1.800.444.6633, or call The Pines at 541.593.2160. Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. No parking is available onsite for motor homes, trailers, or boats. Alternate parking off-site may be made available for a fee. Access: There are a number of stairs to the check-in office. Designated handicapped parking is available. There are ramps available for those buildings with easy access units and for the clubhouse.There is handicapped access to the pool and hot tub area. Elevators: The Pines has two story buildings and no elevators. If stairs will present problems for you or someone in your party, call Owner Services at 1.800.444.6633 to make a reservation in an EZ unit. Some resort amenities are seasonal. Please check with your reservation agent for further information or call The Pines at 541.593.2160. Housekeeping/Maintenance Service: Upon your arrival, you will find your unit clean and ready for occupancy. Mid-stay cleans are provided for guests staying nine (9) nights or more. There is no linen change or towel change provided for guests staying fewer than nine nights, unless specifically requested. If you require additional maid service, you will be charged the current rate for these services. This charge will appear on your next monthly statement. Review maid points and prevailing rates for more information. |

Directions Sunriver is located in central Oregon, approximately 15 miles south of Bend, Oregon. Note: It is very easy to get lost in Sunriver, especially if you are traveling at night. It is very dark, the street signs are small, not easily visible, and the area is not well lit. From Hwy 97 Northbound or Southbound
